Drew Samuels has experience in various areas of law, and has successfully represented clients in complex legal matters. His commitment to justice and client satisfaction is unparalleled.
He is the Director, Litigation and Administration at DuCharme, McMillen & Associates Canada where he provides strategic litigation expertise and legal advice on a wide range of legal issues. Drew is responsible for the coordination and advocacy of property tax appeals and appeared as a licensed paralegal before the Assessment Review Board, the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Small Claims Court of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Justice. Drew is also an adjunct professor at Durham College where he teaches several courses in its paralegal program, including Small Claims Court, Communications, Tribunals Practice and Procedure, and Ethics and Professional Responsibility. He is also on of the Paralegal Exam Prep instructors for Emond Publishing.
Drew has served as the President of the Board of Directors for both the Durham Community Legal Clinic and the Durham College Alumni Association. He is currently the President of the Board of Directors for the Institute of Municipal Assessors. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the ADR Institute of Ontario as the Secretary, and the Durham Children's Aid Society as the Secretary.
